On Faroe Sheep payment can be made with PayPal or Dankort / VISA-Dankort. Payment will be charged from your account when the item is shipped.

Faroe Sheep provides delivery with Posta, which is the Faroese postal services. On time delivery requires Posta to comply with day-to-day delivery. In case of delays at Posta, this will correspondingly delay in relation to the agreed delivery date. Faroe Sheep can not be held responsible for delays at Posta. In case of very delayed (several days) or missing deliveries, Faroe Sheep will send a new delivery free of charge.
Faroe Sheep provides you with a 2 years’ right of complaint pursuant to the Purchasing Act, extensive fabrication and material defects found during use of the product. The warranty does not cover errors, damage or wear, directly or indirectly caused by improper use, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized intervention. Complaints about defects that should be discovered by usual inspection of the product must be communicated to www.faroesheep.com within a reasonable period of time. The item can subsequently be returned for repair, replacement or by agreement a refund. In cases of damage claims www.faroesheep.com pays the shipping costs.

Returns of goods must also be sent to this address – please note that we do not receive packages sent per. COD. Return can also be done by refusing to receive the package or deliver the item personally to us. It is not a requirement but the expedition is promoted if the information is complied with – such as a copy of the order confirmation, registration number and bank account account number for which a refund can be made, copy of any prior correspondence etc.
In the case of agreed decors, returned goods or prepaid goods that are canceled prior to shipment, there must be a full or partial refund of the purchase price. Refunds are usually always made by bank transfer and www.faroesheep.com therefore needs information about the registration number and account number of your bank account. There is a 14-day return on the goods, calculated from the day they are received. If you choose to undo a purchase, simply return the item in substantially the same condition and quantity as you received it. Once the item has been returned and approved, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within a few days. You must pay for the return costs.
Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after the purchase and from the cancellation you must return within 14 days.
